Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at two locations depending on what group your child is assigned to. This year we will have three groups.
- White – advanced wrestlers with two (2) or more years experience
- Red- First and Second year wrestlers.
- Gold – (Wednesdays Only) Three (3) yrs experience or more (optional) this practice will be mostly live wrestling and a few drills. This practice will be geared more to the experience tournament wrestlers.
